Restaurant Server Qualifications:
  *2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Server preferred
  *Team player with demonstrated ability to build constructive working and interpersonal  

     relationships with colleagues
  *Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  *High energy with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  *Good time-management skills
  *Exceptional communication skills
  *Customer-centric with the ability to turn customers into Raving Fans

Kitchen Staff Qualifications:
  *Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures 

    preferred but not required
  *Ability to answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
  *Discipline to comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  *Committed to a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
